SOFTSWISS introduces an AI assistant for online casino operations

Preparing a tournament, arranging a game lobby and building a promotion page can now start with a conversation with AI. On 30 October, SOFTSWISS introduced Back Office AI Workflow for online casino staff using its Casino Platform.

What the AI assistant can do

The assistant carries out supported tasks in the administration panel. These include creating player groups based on selected criteria, configuring tournaments and lotteries, adjusting supported bonus settings and preparing content.

For example, a staff member can describe a planned tournament in everyday language, and the system helps prepare its settings and page. The company expects this to reduce manual work when preparing promotions.

Which decisions remain with people

The AI operates within the permissions already assigned to the employee. Activating a tournament and publishing a new page still require human involvement. The tool therefore automates preparation rather than independently running a casino.

For visitors, this is primarily a change to the operator’s internal workflow. The tool is not presented as a way to predict game outcomes or improve the chances of winning.

SOFTSWISS plans to demonstrate the feature at SiGMA World Rome on 2–5 November 2026.
